1. Acceptance

By using TronTokenGenerator you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

We provide a tool that deploys a TRC-20 smart contract to the TRON blockchain on your instruction. The entire token supply and contract ownership are transferred to the wallet you connect. We do not custody your tokens, keys, or funds.

3. Fees

A one-time fee, displayed before you pay, is charged in TRX for each token created. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; fees are non-refundable once a deployment has been attempted.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the token you create, its name, branding, distribution, marketing claims, and for complying with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including securities and consumer-protection laws. You must not use the service to defraud, infringe trademarks, or facilitate illegal activity.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Creating or holding tokens carries significant risk, including total loss.

6. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Blockchain networks, wallets and third-party tools are outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a deployment will succeed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your token, network conditions, or third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the fee you paid for the affected token.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
